Peter sat happily on a hill. The trees were red and yellow like yummy apples and banannas, and a gentle breeze was drifting cheekily o'er the grass. The clouds were big and fluffy and cute, like a big fluffy cat. Peter was alegeric to cats.

Nearby, a lizard farted proudly, but nobody needed him.

"Ahhh, sweet Ali, where art thou? Mine heart cries out for ye, in this fine moment..." A shimmering rainbow sent little whirls of purple and violet down Peter's face. The lizard farted again, but quietly.

Ali was, at this very moment, sitting on a horse galloping happly through the hills. Her heart was among the clouds, and her very essence of being cried out in joy. "This feels as good as warm pancakes on a Saturday morning!"

A hawk soared gently through the clouds. Spotting a young and yummy looking lizard down in the green grass, he cried out! CREEeeeeeeeeee...... What this actually meant in the hawk's language was, "beware the hawk's claws, but never the hawk's ass!" Why do hawks screech this when they attack? It remains a mystery.

A cat loped across the grass towards Peter. "That's odd," thought Peter. Cats are lazy. Why is he loping?

The cat gained speed. Ali whooped in joy. The lizard let out one, last fart before it was suddenly cut off in a flury of talons and bird feathers. Where'd my cookies go, thought Peter.

The cat leaped and bit off Peter's head. A thermoneuclear missle incrininated the FBI headquarters, and, interestingly enough, Peter's missing cookies. The lizard, in some survival instinct, let out the last remaints of the bean taco he had for lunch in a gassous substance called a fart. The hawk choked despirately, unused to something like that comeing out the wrong end, and promptly, but quietly, died. Ali's horse tripped on a beer bottle, fell, and crushed her.

The moral? Be nice to cats.

I have teh NEW project: working on a website that will replace http://www.vinceyoung.com/novusmusic/index.html Want to know why? Because Novus is quitting the scene. AGAIN. And this time I don't think he's going to return. So I'm making a replacement for the site that truely gave me inspiration to even START writing music.

In the meantime, be nice to cats. You have no idea what they might be saying about you behind your back, so be nice!

Just so you know, this is an actual account of my morning! Yes, I do have a completed song named "Survivor." (I finished it off this morning) Only I can't upload it to dbspot.com for some reason... Wahhhh :'(

I think my post is here - http://www.dbspot.com/?page=Forums&t=45 But I'm not sure, because dbspot.com seems to be on the fritz... first I can view it, then it stalls and won't go anywhere...

Anyhow, here's teh poem. Here's hoping you'll enjoy it, or failing that, figure out how to fix the darned thing!
